Booking Policies
What are your refund policies?
- All refunds subject to 10% handling fee
- Full refunds (minus 10% handling fee) given with 28 day notification prior to check-in
- Half refunds (minus 10% handling fee) given with 14 day notification prior to check-in
- No refunds given with less than 14 day notification prior to check-in. If substitute booking can be found prior to check-in, credit for a future stay will offered.
What is included in your continental breakfast?
- A simple continental breakfast offering includes a combination of fruit, juice, bagels or homemade bread, boiled eggs, hot cereal, granola bars, and other snacks and amenities. A coffee machine stocked with a variety of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate is included as well.
- The room includes a toaster, microwave oven, and small refridgerator.
What is your check-in/check out procedure?
- Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m. Other arrangements may be available upon request.
- Upon booking completion, you will receive an email that details the process for self check-in, accomodating late arrivals.
- When you leave, just leave the key in the room and notify us via text that the accomdation is empty so we can prepare for the next guest.
Do you charge sales tax?
- City of Valdez accomodation tax of 6% will be charged in addition to regular rates. Yes, I have expressed my views with them, but you might try it as well??
